…  to the fascinating world of alternative therapy. At the ripe old age of thirty, in 1992, I decided to become an osteopath and naturopath. In those days I was considered a “mature” student and needed to pass an entrance exam to change my life completely from being a secretary to becoming a therapist.

It was a challenge to hit the books again but extremely rewarding. I remember when I was first allowed to treat real patients under supervision. It was such an exciting moment and it made me so happy to see that the intense time of studying and practicing paid off and what I had learnt really worked.

While osteopathy offers a whole body approach, I found that when I added Brain Gym from Educational Kinesiology and Touch for Health, not only did my field of expertise grow, but I was able to offer a much more inclusive and truly wholistic approach to health and wellbeing of my patients.  As I switched from offering passive treatments to more active treatments the involvement of clients became more intense. Kinesiologists use muscle testing and movement to integrate the brain and nervous system for a better connected self.

I am passionate about educating both children and adults to accept responsibility for their health, knowing that it directly impacts their quality of life and mental wellbeing, either in 1:1 sessions or through workshops & courses. 

As I have studied many different therapies I provide a unique wholistic vision of health.
