Are you keeping up with the fast-paced, ever increasing speed with which the world changes daily – or do you feel stressed, tired, de-motivated, frustrated, angry, lonely, overwhelmed, to the point of having developed physical health issues, and you just want something else – then it is time to change.

I am Evelyn Brey,  Kinesiology Practitioner and Instructor,  teaching individuals powerful wholistic techniques based on neurology to improve the mental, emotional and physical wellness of others as well as their own.

Learning, changing, adapting is a life-long process. More and more people are starting to realise that they need to take responsibility for their wellbeing. Through kinesiology you learn a unique and natural protocol for restoring optimal wellness and vitality!

Your body knows more than you think.

Sometimes you feel stressed, stuck, tired, or simply not quite right — even though you can’t point to a clear reason. That’s because your nervous system remembers everything. Long after your conscious mind has moved on, your subconscious is still holding on to experiences, emotions, and patterns that shape how you feel, react, and move through life.

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to listen to this deeper knowledge, your forgotten experiences, which left a mark. It gives your body a voice, helping uncover hidden stress and blockages that may be quietly holding you back.

Nothing is forced. Nothing is painful. It’s simply a respectful conversation with your brain and nervous system — one that often brings relief, clarity, and a deep sense of being understood.

Feedback from your body gives you the clues you need for your brain to make the necessary changes.

Our subconscious programming will supersede our conscious decisions.  This could mean, that you are unable to fulfill a desired goal. While these automatic, in-built neurophysiological processes keep you safe and alive, they can get in the way of personal growth and even the desire to change, keeping you stuck in outdated habits and patterns, which no longer serve you.
