I am Evelyn Brey.
I’m a Kinesiology Practitioner and Educator and teach individuals powerful wholistic techniques based on neurology to improve the mental, emotional and physical wellness of others as well as their own.

Kinesiologists use muscle monitoring to gently communicate with the subconscious levels to identify causes of the stress and blockages you are experiencing.
To understand the functional usefulness of kinesiology muscle monitoring, one must first understand how the conscious and subconscious mind processes, interchanges, and expresses information. What is information? Information are our sensory experiences, which get stored in the brain and body. There are millions of bits of information processed every second by your subconscious, which you are not even aware of. And this information has been going on throughout your whole life. Only a small amount of that data is passed into your conscious awareness. Our subconscious programming is extremely powerful. There are many experiences, which you don’t actively remember at all – yet, these information drives your concepts, views of the world, habits, wishes and desires.
Our subconscious programming will supersede our conscious instructions. For instance, when it comes to survival or protecting yourself from harm – the subconscious rules. This could mean, that you are unable to fulfill a consciously desired goal. While these automatic, in-built neurophysiological processes keep you safe and alive, they can get in the way of personal growth and even the desire to change, keeping you stuck in outdated habits and patterns, which no longer serve you.
